The ESA French Cultural Club put on a spectacular program! Sponsored by Mrs. Pierre, their program had an outstanding crowd interaction, including a flag walk, many dances and songs, a fashion walk, and a skit. We would also like to give a big shout-out to senior, Sahadjine Pierre, as she is the club's leader, and organized the entire event.
Elite Scholars Academy would like to congratulate our senior basketball players and cheerleaders. They celebrated their senior night with their friends and family by their side.
Our Asian Student Association (ASA) put on a wonderful program. It was led by Mr. Hoang, the ASA sponsor, and Alyssa Faith Luna, the ASA President. Our ASA had a program that included a flag walk, a skit, and many dances. In fact, one of the dances won the dance-off against Forest Park High School in the FPHS Lunar New Year Festival. We would love to congratulate them for their excellent work!
Take a peek at our ESA Spirit that was shown during this year's 2022 - 2023 ESA Spirit Week. Our students and staff participated in Heritage Monday, Tacky/Wacky Tuesday, Throwback Thursday, and Grandparents/Twin Day.
ESA celebrated Black History Month with bulletin boards and posters to represent and honor Black culture. We also had a performance titled "Evolution of Culture" which was led by Mrs. Washington and featured both middle and high school students. The program featured traditional dances, songs, and speeches from our very own scholars.
