Elite Scholars Academy welcomes all students back to a new year! We are excited to continue this school year and finish our spring semester strong!
ESA honored National School Choice Week by choosing to dress in ways that generated widespread public awareness of the importance of school choice. This included wearing yellow for bright futures, wearing school colors in support of their school, dressing for success with business/formal attire, and wearing college gear to represent being college bound.
We would like to honor our great custodians for their dedicated work. They are always doing their best to make sure our school is clean and safe for all students and staff.
We want to give a big thank you to Elite's Foreign Language Department! They continuously make learning a new language and culture engaging for all students. Check out their fun activities in their classrooms! Activities include learning traditional Lunar New Year activities, performing immersive shopping experiences in Spanish, building a puzzle of Rome, and preparing for a French cultural performance in February. We would also like to give a special shoutout to Tylen-Howard McCoy, who wrote a published book in Chinese.
Shout out to our ESA Varsity Swim Team for making a big splash this season! They performed greatly and tried their best throughout the season. Congratulations to our swim team for winning the boys, girls, and county championship!
Leadership Atlanta came to visit Elite Scholars Academy on December 8th to connect and inspire leaders to strengthen Atlanta Metropolitan communities. They are one of the oldest sustained community leadership programs in the nation, consisting of leaders from various organizations in the Metro Atlanta region. Our ESA Student Government led the group through a tour of the school and they even ate lunch with our scholars.
